 My name is Sachini Himansha Rathnayake. I am 22 years old. I live in Waduragala village in Kurunegala. My family consists of my mother, father, elder brother, younger brother, and me. I attended Kurunegala Maliyadeva Adarsha Maha Vidyalaya for my schooling. Since childhood, I have loved dancing. Because of my effort and dedication, I became the most talented dancer in my school. From a young age, my biggest dream has been to one day wear a saree and teach children. Today, I have laid the basic foundation to achieve that dream. I am fully committed to achieving my goals and making myself successful.😎

  My mother is the strongest woman I have ever seen in my life 🥺❤️. If I have learned anything in life, it is because of my mother. She is my precious gem, always smiling while enduring  everything for my sake. Nothing makes her happier than seeing me walk the path of the dreams she could not achieve. There are many lessons I have learned from my mother’s life. If I am where I am today, it is because of her dedication. To me, my mother is a queen👸🌍❤️💋.

  My favorite sacred place in Sri Lanka is the Ruwanwelisaya in Anuradhapura 🤍🙏. Several times a year, I visit Ruwanwelisaya to worship. It is a sacred place that brings peace and freedom to my heart🤍. Last week, I went to Anuradhapura with my family as well😊. We never forget to prepare milk rice early in the morning and take it with us to offer during our worship. It is also a sacred place filled with miracles that listens to our good prayers. I pray that even at the moment of my death, that sacred place will remain in my memory🤍🙏.
